Promising a large, 10.1 inch touchscreen which is 35% larger than previous models, a 3x faster processor for quicker cold boot times and 1080p HD resolution, we were hoping for good things, and it did not disappoint…
Tuckwells Demonstrator Ben Cave gives us his thoughts on the new G5
“Firstly, it’s a great looking screen in the cab! Slimline and more similar to an iPad in its styling, it’s much more dynamic. The G5’s HD screen has crystal clear visibility, which improves the whole user experience. The faster processor will give much a much quicker start up from cold, which will help reduce idle times.
The icing on the cake is the top mounted phone holder, which is in-vision and in-line for the driver at all times, improving safety as well as usability and aesthetics.”
