1. Partner with a local dealership.

2. Install/Activate Telematics Module

Now you need the right hardware and equipment. Your Connected Support Expert will be able to help you find the right equipment for your needs so whether its factory fit or over the counter, we’ll be able to advise you for perfect results.

3. Create Your Online User Account

4. Complete Licencing and Consent Agreements

This is an important part of the setup process for MyJohnDeere users to fully take advantage of the support services and to comply with GDPR regulations. There are many how-to and instructional videos provided on MyJohnDeere, but here’s a handy guide on how to use consent Manager

Next, you’ll need to download, complete and return the Stellar Support Activation End-User License Agreement.

5. Activate Your Subscription

Finally, it’s time to activate your subscription. All new MTG’s from John Deere come with a free of charge subscription ranging from 2 to 5 years. All new JCB machines with factory fit systems also come with a free standard subscription for the first year.
